School Policies
Guidelines and rules to ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for all.
1. Attendance & Punctuality
- Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class.
- Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the bell rings.
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance, signed by the parents/guardians.
- In case of illness, a medical certificate must be produced upon return.
2. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Use of foul language, bullying, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action.
- Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused will have to be compensated by the student's parents.
- Bringing mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any unauthorized items to school is forbidden.
3. Uniform & Grooming
- Students must come to school in proper, clean, and ironed school uniform on all working days.
- Boys must maintain a short and neat haircut. Girls with long hair must tie it in neat plaits using school-approved ribbons.
- Wearing jewelry, makeup, or applying nail polish is not allowed.
4. Library Rules
- Strict silence must be observed in the library.
- Books are issued for a maximum of 7 days. Late return will incur a fine.
- Any damage or loss of a library book must be reported immediately and compensated.
